Business Resource Groups
Johnson Controls supports and sponsors Business Resource Groups (BRGs) across the company. As an integral part of a diverse and inclusive workplace, BRGs focus on two important benefits – development and impact.
Our BRGs are employee-driven, voluntary, and open to all employees. There are currently 10 BRGs, with more than 70 chapters spanning the globe.
