Our partnership with Lincoln Tech

In 2018, we announced our partnership with Lincoln Tech Institute with the goal of bridging the technical skills gap through programs that empower local students to build fulfilling careers in the workforce. Graduates of these programs are given the unique opportunity to join our organization and put classroom theory into practice.

Each year, we hire hundreds of interns across the globe. We recommend that you set up a job alert for Johnson Controls internships to stay updated on new postings. Whether you meet us at a virtual or onsite event, through the referral of a friend, or by doing your own research, here is what you can expect in the application process.

Step 1

Online Submission

Apply to as many positions as you like. Each internship is unique and will have specific requirements.

Step 2

Video Interview

If you’re a fit for the position, the next step will be a video interview.

Step 3

Second Round Interviews

Interviews will vary by your chosen role. It could be in person, over the phone, or via video.

Step 4

Finalize

Once you are selected for the program, we work with you to finalize the details of your employment.

Step 5

Get Started
