Title: IT Analyst/ Graduate Trainee Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Monitor IT infrastructure (servers, network, applications, cloud) using monitoring tools
• Identify, log, and track alerts/incidents in real time
• Perform initial troubleshooting and escalate issues as per defined procedures
• Support Major Incident Management (MIM) coordination activities
• Maintain accurate ticket updates in ServiceNow or relevant tools
• Assist in daily health checks and operational reporting
• Follow ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management) Participate in shift-based operations (24x7 support environment)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support groups

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of networking, servers, or IT infrastructure
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Willingness to learn and work in a 24x7 operations environment
