We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor.
What will you do?
Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities, managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.
How will you do it?
Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage and timely delivery of goods and materials and maintaining suitable inventory levels.
Working with the EHS department to achieve safety goals.
What are we looking for?
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or related field.
Ability to motivate teams to meet daily goals.
Knowledge of KPI’S.
SAP knowledge (Required).
3-5 years’ experience in receiving and shipping warehouse management.
English 50%.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control and logistics coordination.
Supervise and train new employees.
Define and implement actions to reach 95% inventory accuracy.
Ensure proper handling of material to prevent material damages.
Teamwork oriented across the organization.
Promote and assure best safety practices to avoid incidents.
Preferred:
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Verbal and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
Able to work with or lead cross-functional teams.
Root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
