We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor.

 

What will you do?

Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities, managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.

 

How will you do it?

  • Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage and timely delivery of goods and materials and maintaining suitable inventory levels.

  • Working with the EHS department to achieve safety goals.

 

What are we looking for?

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or related field.

  • Ability to motivate teams to meet daily goals.

  • Knowledge of KPI’S.

  • SAP knowledge (Required).

  • 3-5 years’ experience in receiving and shipping warehouse management.

  • English 50%.

  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control and logistics coordination.

  • Supervise and train new employees.

  • Define and implement actions to reach 95% inventory accuracy.

  • Ensure proper handling of material to prevent material damages.

  • Teamwork oriented across the organization.

  • Promote and assure best safety practices to avoid incidents.

 

Preferred:

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Verbal and written communication skills.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer applications.

  • Able to work with or lead cross-functional teams.

  • Root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
