Manage all operational aspects of Performance management & Learning Operations in HR Shared Services.
Supervise a team, allocate work and ensure timeliness and quality.
Manage L&D & Talent management stakeholders across APAC, EMEA and AMER.
Design and generate dashboards that provide real-time insights, Leverage data analytics to track learning effectiveness, identify gaps.
Able to deliver in a challenging and dynamic environment. Apply strategies & planning to manage high volumes.
Develop and maintain SOPs, ensure team is self-sufficient and knowledge retention.
Drive operational excellence throughout the Learning lifecycle, proactively improving processes, harmonizing workflows and transforming complexity into streamlined practices
Drive high performance culture. Improve workforce performance and productivity, ensure KPIs are met.
Support other areas of HR Operations e.g. hire to retire processes from time to time.
