Job Title: iScala Analyst

Experience: 5+ years

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced iScala ERP Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 5+ years of experience in ERP solutions, specifically with iScala. You will be responsible for providing functional implementation, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth implementation of the iScala system across various business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Application Design & Build: Assist on functional modules implementation for iScala ERP, identifying and resolving complex business scenarios while assisting with support to end users, ensuring effective deployment of all project delivery phases.
  • Functional Deployment: Assist on functional deployment, serving critical, time-sensitive, and complex iScala ERP implementation.

  • Users Support: Take responsibility for the functional deployment, troubleshooting, and ongoing support of iScala ERP systems, as well as the related Edge Apps ecosystem.
  • Responsible for testing, deployment, and integration of ERP systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
  • Provide ongoing support to enhance system usage.
  • Perform regular system audits and updates to ensure optimal performance.
  • Business Requirements Analysis: Understanding business processes and identifying areas for improvement. Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and support procedures.
  • Solution Design: Designing & configuring iScala ERP modules and related Edge Apps Solutions, complying global standards.
  • Data Migration: Develop source to target ERP mapping for iScala ERP related functions. Able to develop SQL queries to ETL iScala databases.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on system capabilities.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting on complex systems involving interactions between iScala ERP, databases, external Edge Apps integrations.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in application performance, processes, and user experience. Participate in the development and implementation of new enhancements, following SOX compliance.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution and comply with SLA standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Finance Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in functional support of iScala ERP.
  • Strong managed service experience of iScala Financial, Supply chain, Logistics, Project Management, Contract and Service Management advanced functionality.
  • Proven experience in leading a team and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
