Role Overview

As a Material Flow Technician, you will be responsible for supporting the execution and stability of internal material supply, replenishment, and material handling processes on the production floor. You will work closely with Manufacturing, Planning, and Warehouse teams to ensure material availability, reduce line disruptions, and maintain an organized and reliable material flow.

What will you do?

  • Monitor material flow to ensure timely supply to production.
  • Support the implementation and control of Kanban systems, pick lists, replenishment processes, and material kitting.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Planning, and Warehouse teams to resolve shortages, imbalances, and urgent material requirements.
  • Verify inventory levels and support the accuracy of records, material movements, and internal deliveries.
  • Participate in PFEP (Plan for Every Part) and ABC/XYZ analyses to improve material classification, replenishment, and handling processes.
  • Support the definition and monitoring of tugger routes and other internal delivery methods.
  • Track key performance indicators related to material availability, line stoppages, and logistics efficiency.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on material delivery, inventory management, and process standardization.

How will you do it?

  • Operate with strong discipline, ensuring safety, data quality, and compliance with established standards.
  • Stay close to production floor operations to identify obstacles, anticipate risks, and respond quickly to production needs.
  • Use basic inventory, replenishment, and prioritization analyses to make practical decisions and sustain daily operations.
  • Communicate clearly with Planning, Warehouse, and Production teams to coordinate actions and prevent disruptions.
  • Drive continuous improvements through observation, root cause follow-up, and simple process adjustments that enhance operational stability.
  • Work as part of a cross-functional team, demonstrating openness to collaboration, active listening, and alignment on solutions.

What are we looking for?

  • Technical degree or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in material flow, production logistics, inventory management, or manufacturing support.
  • Practical knowledge of material flow processes, Kanban systems, kitting, and internal replenishment.
  • Experience or familiarity with PFEP (Plan for Every Part) and ABC/XYZ analysis methodologies.
  • Knowledge of tugger routes or similar internal material supply systems.
  • Intermediate Excel skills for tracking, analysis, and information management.
  • Experience working with ERP/MRP systems.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both operational and administrative teams.
  • Intermediate English proficiency.

What do we offer?

  • Comprehensive benefits package.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and development.
  • Supportive and inclusive work environment.
  • Commitment to work-life balance and employee well-being.
  • Engagement in meaningful projects that make a difference.
