As part of our Centralized Advisory team, you'll be a trusted HR partner to managers and employees across EMEA, helping navigate people-related challenges while delivering an exceptional employee experience.

This role combines HR advisory, employee relations, compliance, and project work, offering broad exposure to the HR function and opportunities to make a meaningful impact across the business.

What you will do

  • Advise managers and employees on HR policies, processes, employee lifecycle matters, and HR systems.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for HR inquiries through live chat, case management tools, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Support employee relations and compliance-related cases, working closely with HR Business Partners and specialist HR teams.
  • Manage employment documentation and contract-related activities across multiple countries and language groups.
  • Contribute to regional and global HR projects, process improvements, and transformation initiatives.
  • Partner with stakeholders across HR to continuously improve service delivery and employee experience.

How you will do it

  • Build trusted relationships with managers, employees, HR Business Partners, and Centers of Expertise across EMEA.
  • Take ownership of cases from initial inquiry through resolution, ensuring a high-quality employee experience.
  • Apply sound judgement when navigating sensitive employee relations and compliance matters.
  • Collaborate across functions and geographies to deliver consistent HR support and share best practices.
  • Balance day-to-day advisory work with involvement in strategic HR initiatives and global projects.
  • Continuously develop your HR expertise through exposure to employee relations, compliance, policy interpretation, organizational change, and HR transformation initiatives.

What we look for

Required

  • Fluency in English and French (B2/C1 level).
  • Experience in HR Operations, HR Advisory, Employee Relations, HR Shared Services, or a similar HR environment.
  • Understanding of HR policies, employee relations, and HR processes.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred

  • Experience in a multinational or shared services environment.
  • Experience supporting employee relations, compliance matters, or workplace investigations.
  • Experience supporting HR projects or process improvements.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and case management tools.
  • Experience working with multiple countries across EMEA.

Our salary and benefits

The initial basic salary for this position will be in the range of € 1,654 - €2,485 per month, plus a 13th month salary applied after your first 6 months in the job. The final package will reflect your experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role. We are committed to fair, equitable, and gender-neutral pay practices.
