Role Overview :

The Inside Sales Engineer will be primarily responsible for Quotation Support, Design Optimization and technical compliance , Special Price Requests, margin calculations, Data entries and updating into internal tools like salesforce.com, distributor agreement portal etc. Supporting department sales team telephonically and over emails on product documentation, customer calls etc

In addition, this role will be responsible for close working relationship with channel , sales, product management & Technical Product Support Specialist on phone and emails

What will you do?

  • Quotation Support
  • Design Optimization and technical compliance from RFP / tenders
  • Special Price Requests, margin calculations
  • Data entries and updating into internal tools like salesforce.com, distributor agreement portal
  • Online technical presentations and product offering overview sessions
  • Periodically updating the sales tools

What we look for?

  • BE Electronics/ Electrical or B. S
  • Minimum of 8-15 years’ experience in inside sales / design & engineering / estimation Similar experience in Fire Alarm , Electronic Security , BMS in systems integration or products organization
  • Knowledge of NFPA 72/IBC & relevant codes and standards is desirable
  • Innovative thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Effective communication skills both verbal & written.
  • Ability to work well in multifunctional team environment
  • Expertise in MS office
