Overview
Join our dynamic Inside Sales team as a Lead Generation Advisor, where you’ll be at the forefront of engaging new residential customers and helping them protect what matters most. You’ll consult with potential clients to understand their home security needs and recommend tailored solutions from our market-leading product range.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consultative Sales: Speak with prospective customers by phone to assess their needs and recommend suitable security solutions.

  • Brand Advocacy: Promote our brand and values to enhance customer trust and market visibility.

  • Product Expertise: Deliver accurate, up-to-date information on our products and services.

  • Lead Management: Handle administrative tasks and lead tracking using Salesforce.

  • Relationship Building: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure a seamless customer journey.

  • Performance Delivery: Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets set by the business.

What You’ll Bring

Essential Skills:

  • Strong computer literacy (Outlook, Word, Excel; training provided on internal systems)

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Target-driven mindset with a focus on results

Desirable Experience:

  • Proven success in Lead Gen

  • Experience in consultative selling is a plus (full product training provided)
