This role is critical for projects involving BMS, FAS, CCTV, Access Control, SCADA, and Networked Systems, especially in industrial and infrastructure environments.

Key Responsibilities

Multi‑System Integration & Interfaces

  • Lead and manage technical interfaces between multiple systems including:

Cross‑Discipline Coordination

  • Coordinate between ELV, IT, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, and Automation teams to align system requirements.
  • Manage technical dependencies and handshakes between systems (e.g., BMS ↔ FAS ↔ CCTV ↔ ACS ↔ SCADA).
  • Act as the single point of contact for interface‑related technical clarifications and resolutions.

Drawings & Design Coordination

  • Ensure consistency and alignment across all drawings, including:
    • RCP drawings
    • Electrical layouts
    • IBMS / ELV schematics
    • Network & IT layouts
  • Identify and resolve design clashes through coordination reviews and mark‑ups.
  • Support finalization of coordinated drawings and as‑built documentation.

Coordination Meetings & Clash Resolution

  • Conduct and participate in interface coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Proactively identify interface risks, clashes, and gaps; drive resolution through structured action plans.
  • Track interface issues, dependencies, and closure status.

Testing, Commissioning & Handover

  • Support and coordinate FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) and SAT (Site Acceptance Testing) activities.
  • Ensure interface testing scenarios are validated during integrated testing and final commissioning.
  • Support system integration validation prior to project handover.

Documentation & Change Management

  • Maintain strong control over interface documentation, ICDs (Interface Control Documents), and technical registers.
  • Manage change control, ensuring all design and scope changes are evaluated for cross‑system impact.
  • Ensure approvals, revisions, and records are maintained accurately.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of multi‑system ELV integration architecture.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills across disciplines.
  • Ability to translate technical requirements into clear coordination actions.
  • Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution capabilities.
  • Detail‑oriented with a structured approach to documentation and change control.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Automation Engineering or related discipline.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in industrial plants, infrastructure, smart city, data center, or large campus projects.
  • Exposure to projects involving SCADA, industrial networking, and system integration platforms.
  • Experience working with consultants and PMC‑driven projects.

Key Deliverables

  • Seamless multi‑system integration with minimal interface issues.
  • Coordinated drawings and clash‑free execution.
