What you will do:

The Talent Acquisition COE is responsible for all hires in North America, across all business units and corporate functions. We’re a forward-looking team, leaning on relationships and fueled by data. As a Lead Recruiter, you will be responsible for the recruitment of engineering, sales, or corporate functions for an assigned business area.  You’re passionate about meeting the needs of the business.  You will prioritize the urgency and importance of your requisitions, develop and execute sourcing strategies, and build talent pipelines of qualified candidates.  As a talent advisor you will partner closely with the business, Hiring Managers, and HR teams, leveraging data to inform and educate on the available talent within the market. 

How you will do it:

  • Facilitate and partner with Hiring Teams on recruitment/sourcing strategy discussions and calibrating on position requirements. 
  • Partner with your hiring team to create robust recruitment strategies that result in faster time to fill metrics, quality hires, and a great candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Provide consultative feedback and direction about external labor market conditions, candidate requirements, and sourcing and candidate selection strategy.
  • Understand and execute talent acquisition process and meet service-level agreement expectations.
  • Use insights gained through relationships to anticipate future needs and consistently add value to the business.
  • Set expectations and an effective communication cadence with stakeholders.
  • Participate and/or lead in functional projects to optimize TA Process and results. 

What we look for:

Required: 

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 6+ years of proven recruitment experience.  A mix of previous agency, corporate, or RPO experience is preferred. 
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing sourcing strategies. 
  • Experience with ATS (Workday preferred), HRIS (Workday), automated recruiting platforms – Paradox, HiredScore, and sourcing technology and tools. 
  • Data driven mindset with proven experience leveraging market data to influence the business.
  • Strong understanding of the Boolean search language and experience applying those principles.
  • Strong account management, stakeholder management, and req. management skills
  • Proven negotiation and effective communication skills
