The Talent Acquisition COE is responsible for all hires in North America, across all business units and corporate functions. We’re a forward-looking team, leaning on relationships and fueled by data. As a Lead Recruiter, you will be responsible for the recruitment of engineering, sales, or corporate functions for an assigned business area. You’re passionate about meeting the needs of the business. You will prioritize the urgency and importance of your requisitions, develop and execute sourcing strategies, and build talent pipelines of qualified candidates. As a talent advisor you will partner closely with the business, Hiring Managers, and HR teams, leveraging data to inform and educate on the available talent within the market.
