Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 0.6 to 3 years of experience in IT support or analysis roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with IT service management principles is a plus.
