What you will do
• Lead and manage Customer Service team
• Coordinate and manage the plant SIOP (Sales, Inventory and Operations Plan) and MPS (Master Production
Scheduling) processes
• Recognize and manage all demands for products from customers
• Leverage customer demand for internal planning
• Manage customer forecast accurately
• Manage finished goods inventory
What we look for
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related fields, with the basics of SCM from APICS certification
• Proven 3-5 years of working experience as a Customer Service Manager, or in Assistant Manager Level
• Experienced in providing Customer Service support
• Experienced in Manufacturing Environment
• Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
• Working knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools
• Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications
• Ability to think strategically and to lead
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Advanced troubleshooting and multitasking skills
• A good level of English is essential. Ability to communicate with customers in their language would be a plus
• Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001, SAP
