What You Will Do

As a Field Sales Consultant, you will focus on generating sales from resale opportunities and managing occasional upgrades derived from leads generated by our lead generation team. You will engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their home security experience.

How You Will Do It

In your role, you will be equipped with everything necessary to build a successful sales career. You will receive a company car, phone, and tablet, along with comprehensive training in brand knowledge, technical specifications, and effective sales techniques.

While you will receive leads from our lead generation team, your primary focus will be on converting these opportunities into sales through proactive engagement and relationship building. This may include follow-ups, consultations, and visits to existing customers for upgrades.

Your consultative approach, product expertise, and dedication to customer satisfaction will encourage referrals from satisfied customers, enhancing your sales pipeline.

Preferred

  • Experience as a field sales consultant or in a sales role within a contact center environment is desirable but not essential. We are committed to providing you with the tools and training you need to succeed.
