Reporting to Senior Manager, L&D Operations (India) Mumbai. The Repair Technician plays an important role in the L&D department.

Job Profile

• L1 (Remote Support), L2 (Site Support) and L3 (Physical Repair) repair work in Repair Center.
• Troubleshooting, testing & repair of faulty PCB or equipment.
• Electronics hardware/ PCB handling, storage, and shipment packing
• Import/export shipping arrangement and tracking shipments
• Inventory management for spares (Raising PR, stock audit)
• Warehousing of spares
• Sharing quote to customers for out of warranty repair.
• Coordinate with the Customer, Vendor, distributers, Internal team
• Sending weekly report to Management.
• Update and record keeping of all RMA documentations.
• Visit to site in case of emergencies to do investigation and Resolution on Products.
