What will you do? 

The Item Master Specialist will focus on effectively managing item and SKU data to support our field business operations. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate item data entry and maintenance, which is crucial for customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure that item information meets the needs of our customers and aligns with procurement strategies. 

How will you do it? 

  • Collaborate closely with field business, procurement, and analytics teams to manage item data effectively. 

  • Ensure the accuracy of item data entry in the ERP system, focusing on customer needs and operational requirements. 

  • Monitor and maintain item data quality, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies. 

  • Assist in the analysis of item performance data to support decision-making and improve service levels. 

  • Provide training and support to field business representatives on item-related inquiries. 

  • Facilitate effective communication between departments regarding item updates and changes. 

What are we looking for? 

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field is required. 

  • At least 6 months of experience in data management, purchasing, procurement or a related area. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with strong analytical skills. 

  • Conversational English 

  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to present information clearly. 

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 

  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectively. 

  • Understanding of inventory management and supply chain processes is preferred.
