Job Description
Job Title: IT ServiceMax Developer
Experience: Minimum 5 years in ServiceMax development
Job Description:
Develop, build, configure, customize, and integrate ServiceMax solutions based on provided specifications.
Implement and maintain ServiceMax components such as workflows, custom objects, and user interfaces.
Integrate ServiceMax with Salesforce applications and other third-party systems.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, ensuring solutions meet business needs.
Conduct testing and debugging to ensure functionality and performance of ServiceMax applications.
Provide technical support and training to end-users on ServiceMax functionalities.
Stay updated on the latest ServiceMax features and best practices to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform and ServiceMax application.
Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in computer science or related field.
Experience with ERP integrations and database management (Oracle, SQL Server).
Familiarity with data integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft).
ServiceMax administration certifications are a plus.
