What You Bring:

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, procedures, blueprints, and drawings (English)
• Solid communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
