Key Responsibilities

• Lead the quality assurance and quality control function for CDU manufacturing.
• Define inspection standards and sampling plans for key CDU components.
• Establish and monitor in-process inspection points and implement statistical process control for critical parameters.
• Ensure all units pass final inspection before packaging and shipping.
• Lead customer complaint investigations and implement permanent corrective actions.
• Lead quality improvement projects using lean tools, drive reduction of COPQ, scrap, rework, and first pass yield improvements.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with product safety standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, refrigeration engineering or related field.
• 5+years of experience in data center related products or cold plates quality engineering.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of CDU production process and inspection control.
• Proficient in quality tools and data center international standards.
• Preferred experience with inspection instruments, leak detectors, multimeters, pressure gauges of data center industry.
• Good data analysis skills and problem-solving skills.
• Good English listening, speaking, and writing skills.
