Job Description

Are you passionate about creating safer, more sustainable workplaces? 

Join us as an EHS Specialist and play a key role in shaping a Zero Harm culture across multiple sites and projects in Switzerland. You’ll partner with leaders and teams to drive safety excellence, ensure compliance, and deliver meaningful environmental impact in a dynamic, field-based environment. 

 

What you’ll be doing 

  • Lead and continuously improve EHS programs across multiple sites 

  • Ensure compliance with local legislation and international standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001) 

  • Identify risks, conduct assessments, and implement preventive measures 

  • Drive incident investigations and identify root causes 

  • Function as a trusted advisor to leadership and operational teams 

  • Develop and deliver training and awareness programs 

  • Lead audits, inspections, and interactions with authorities 

  • Promote a strong safety-first and sustainability mindset 

  • Monitor KPIs and present insights to senior stakeholders 

What we look for 

  • Relevant EHS qualification - Safety Specialist (ASGS/STPS) 

  • Previous EHS experience in field-based environments 

  • Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and management systems (ISO 14001 and ISO 45001) 

  • Experience in industrial, construction, or technical environments 

  • Fluent in English plus German or French 

  • Driving licence and willingness to travel in Switzerland
