What you will do
You will join the BMS/HVAC service sales team in Hong Kong & Macau. You will monitor and supervise sales activities and help to achieve yearly sales target, ensure the design specification of BMS/HVAC are within project scope and comply with the requirements of local authorities and clients.
How you will do it
- Responsible for Account Management for first tier facility management companies and venues
- Develop proposal for the tendering process to ensure that all compliance, technical, operational aspects are fulfilled
- Handle renewal of maintenance contracts and develop new business opportunities
- Drive business development through scope expansion and cross selling opportunities
- Create and develop opportunities through IoT and Connected Services
- Drive new initiatives and programs to ensure the continual growth and account retention
What we look for
Required
- Degree holder or equivalent
- Minimum 6 years’ BMS/HVAC related sales experience
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Influencing and negotiation skills plus excellent interpersonal skill at all levels
- Independent, resourceful, strategic-thinking and able to work under pressure
