Role Overview

The Senior Project Manager leads a portfolio of ELV projects with complete responsibility for planning, delivery, financials, and client engagement. This role demands expertise in large‑scale/industrial ELV projects and the capability to lead teams and manage high‑value project packages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver end‑to‑end ELV projects with large‑scale/industrial focus.
  • Lead multiple projects and guide PMs, APMs, and site engineers.
  • Handle high‑value project execution (₹20 Cr+ recommended).
  • Manage client, consultant, and PMC relationships at executive level.
  • Drive commercial activities: contracts, billing, procurement, variation claims.
  • Ensure adherence to standards (NFPA, NBC, IEC, UL, etc.).
  • Manage escalations, key decisions, and risk mitigation processes.
  • Ensure proper project documentation, testing, commissioning, and final handover.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management.
  • Deep knowledge of ELV systems and codes/standards.
  • Expertise in contract management and commercial controls.
  • Experience in mega/industrial ELV or IBMS projects.
