Job Description
FM Systems, part of Johnson Controls (JCI), delivers workplace management technology that helps facilities and real estate teams create efficient, employee‑focused environments. We are recruiting a Trainee Field Service Technician to support the installation of our sensor technology. This is a field‑based role, primarily covering Birmingham and the South of the UK.
During your training period, you will be required to travel UK‑wide, including regular overnight stays away from home. You will work mainly on customer sites and must be flexible, as working hours include shift patterns with early morning and late finishes, depending on project requirements.
This role is ideal for someone who is practical, technically minded and keen to build a career in field services.
