Job Description

Project Engineer – Silent Aire

What You Will Do

  • Support Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination and execution.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Communicate with general contractors and client teams on-site, escalating issues as needed.
  • Produce concise and accurate reports for the management team.
  • Ensure project costs are controlled and remain within budget.
  • Deliver high-quality products and services to clients.
  • Translate client needs into practical timelines for site teams.
  • Streamline site installation and commissioning processes with a focus on quality.
  • Monitor and record delays or issues that may have commercial impact.
  • Chair meetings such as lessons learned, RAID, and site meetings.
  • Maintain strong client relations.

How You Will Do It

  • Coordinate project deliverables internally across Engineering, Manufacturing, and QA/QC.
  • Implement checks and balances to minimize mistakes and apply lessons learned.
  • Collaborate on procurement and supplier coordination as required.
  • Mentor and motivate team members to promote continuous improvement.
  • Apply technical input and minor design adjustments to improve site efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and reporting requirements.
  • Be proactive in problem-solving and solution-oriented approaches.
  • International travel is required to support site execution.

What We Look For

Required:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills; strong understanding of customer expectations and quality standards.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a site managerial role within manufacturing or construction.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).
  • Highly organized, action-oriented, detail-focused, proactive, and solution-driven.
  • Full driver’s license
  • Ability to travel internationally when needed is essential

Desirable:

  • First Aid, IOSH, PSCS, Slinger/Banksman Training, Manual Handling, Safepass, Working at Heights.
  • Experience in HVAC delivery within the DC industry; ability to read technical drawings (P&IDs, electrical diagrams); ability to build team morale and promote continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication skills, adaptability, ability to manage multiple deadlines, and a firm but fair approach.
