Job Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Manage and nurture relationships with key clients in the IBMS domain.
- Technical Expertise: Must have hands-on experience with Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS), including CCTV, Fire Alarm Systems (FAS), Access Control Systems (ACS), Mechanical fire protection systems (sprinkler, hydrant, gas-based suppression), and other related technologies. Relevant project management experience in the domain of – Industrial, Airport, commercial space
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
- Project Coordination: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and are completed on time.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during project implementation.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities for business growth and work towards expanding the client base.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on project status, client satisfaction, and team performance.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 12 years of experience in the IBMS domain.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CCTV, FAS, ACS, Data Centers, and Fire Alarm Systems.
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience in team handling and project management.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in IBMS or related technologies.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in the IBMS domain.
