What You’ll Do
As a Quality Tester II, you’ll be a key player in our production process, responsible for:
- Conducting product tests and inspections at various stages of production
- Using gauges and measurement tools to verify product standards
- Compiling and analyzing statistical data to support quality improvements
- Collaborating with inspectors and providing leadership in problem-solving
- Reporting defective materials and maintaining a clean, safe work area
- Following safety protocols and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in inspection or production (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and safety guidelines
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, industrial environment
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Industrial setting with exposure to noise, dust, and non-toxic chemicals
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Use of ladders, scaffolding, and machinery
- Repetitive hand and wrist motions
- Must be able to work in non-climate-controlled areas and wear required PPE
- Ability to work overtime as needed
