What You’ll Do

As a Quality Tester II, you’ll be a key player in our production process, responsible for:

• Conducting product tests and inspections at various stages of production
• Using gauges and measurement tools to verify product standards
• Compiling and analyzing statistical data to support quality improvements
• Collaborating with inspectors and providing leadership in problem-solving
• Reporting defective materials and maintaining a clean, safe work area
• Following safety protocols and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in inspection or production (preferred)
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and safety guidelines
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, industrial environment

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Industrial setting with exposure to noise, dust, and non-toxic chemicals
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting (up to 50 lbs)
• Use of ladders, scaffolding, and machinery
• Repetitive hand and wrist motions
• Must be able to work in non-climate-controlled areas and wear required PPE
• Ability to work overtime as needed
