Job Description

We are seeking an experienced iScala techno functional professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have thorough knowledge of iScala ERP systems and proven experience in providing high-quality technical & functional implementation for large scale iScala deployment projects. The techno functional specialist will be responsible for requirement gathering, development and leading iScala ERP solutions for multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical & functional solutions for iScala ERP system users, developing complex business solutions while assisting hyper care assistance to end users.
  • Functional Deployment: Manage functional deployment responsible for Build, SIT, UAT & End-users Training, serving critical, time-sensitive, and complex iScala ERP implementation.
  • Users Support: Take responsibility for the functional deployment, troubleshooting, and ongoing hyper care support of iScala ERP systems, as well as the related Edge Apps ecosystem.
  • Responsible for the development, troubleshooting, and users’ assistance for iScala ERP systems, as well as the related Edge Apps ecosystem.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting on complex systems involving interactions between iScala ERP, databases, external Edge Apps integrations, including development and support.
  • Manage localization, electronic invoicing and advanced functions, complying statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Automate Processes and secure workflow integrations using Epicor Service Connect and other technologies.
  • Develop Reports using MS SQL Server SSRS and other Epicor technologies.
  • Resolution and investigation of technical issues on the iScala ecosystem. Root cause analysis and resolution of any iScala related interfaces.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution and comply SLA standards.
  • Conduct training sessions for end users to enhance their understanding of iScala features and functionalities.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in application performance, processes, and user experience. Participate in the development and implementation of new enhancements. 
  • Participate in system upgrades and testing to ensure functionality and performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of hands-on experience in iScala technical support or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of iScala ERP system and related technologies.
  • iScala technical development
  • MS SQL Server 2019, SSRS Report Development, SSIS Development, SQL Programming
  • Epicor Service Connect integrations development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English (required)
  • Strong Experience with database management and complex SQL scripting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
