What you will do

As a Senior MI Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping strategic business decisions through advanced data reporting and insightful analysis. You will:

  • Develop and deliver advanced MI reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI.

  • Conduct deep data analysis, identifying trends and opportunities to inform strategic decisions.

  • Mentor junior MI analysts, ensuring high-quality outputs and skill development.

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure MI reporting aligns with business goals.

  • Drive process efficiency by automating complex reporting workflows.

How you will do it

  • Working closely with stakeholders to design impactful dashboards and reports that support data-driven decision-making.

  • Using predictive analytics to provide actionable insights on business performance and future opportunities.

  • Supporting junior analysts with feedback and guidance to improve team-wide analytical capabilities.

  • Ensuring MI reporting directly serves and enhances organisational goals through continuous refinement and feedback loops.

  • Employing SQL, Power BI, and automation tools to streamline complex reporting processes for efficiency.

What we look for

Required:

  • Proven experience in advanced data analysis, reporting, and data visualisation.

  • Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and advanced analytics tools.

  • Strong mentoring skills with experience developing junior analysts.

  • Strategic understanding of business goals within a contact centre environment.

🌟 Preferred:

  • Experience in predictive analytics and data modelling.
