Job Description

What You Will Do: 

As a Channel Sales Engineer, you'll be responsible for finding and developing strong relationships with new channel partners across Czechia and Slovakia. You'll collaborate with internal teams to secure deals and achieve sales targets. 

How You Will Do It: 

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key channel partners. 
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies. 
  • Identify new business opportunities within the assigned geographic area. 
  • Become an expert on Johnson Controls’ YORK products and articulate their value proposition. 
  • Monitor sales performance, analyse data, and adjust strategies as needed. 
  • Provide training and support to channel partners. 
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts. 

What We're Looking For: 

  • Native Czech/Slovak speaker fluent in English 
  • Technical acumen with HVAC knowledge/experience 
  • Previous success in channel/direct sales, preferably in the HVAC industry 
  • Familiarity with technical selections of HVAC appliances and offer preparations 
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills 
  • Driving license and willingness to travel 
  • Advanced user of MS Office
