What You Will Do

As a Channel Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in expanding our partner network across Czechia and Slovakia. You’ll build strong, lasting relationships with channel partners and collaborate closely with internal teams to drive growth and deliver smart, sustainable solutions.

How You Will Do It

  • Identify and develop relationships with key channel partners.
  • Design and implement effective sales strategies tailored to local markets.
  • Discover new business opportunities within your territory.
  • Become a trusted expert on Johnson Controls’ YORK product portfolio and communicate its value clearly.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and adjust strategies to meet targets.
  • Support and train partners to ensure mutual success.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.

What We’re Looking For

  • Native Czech or Slovak speaker with working knowledge of English – you’ll use English in internal communication and reporting.
  • Solid technical background
  • Previous experience in channel or direct sales in HVAC-related field.
  • Familiarity with HVAC product selection and offer preparation
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel across the region.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
