The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Fire Alarm Service Technician to join our high-performing Napier team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Installing, servicing, fault-finding, and repairing fire alarm systems

• Ensuring all work meets industry standards and customer expectations

• Accurately recording labour, materials, and job details

• Communicating with clients on system performance and required repairs

• Identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships and services

• Proactively engaging in training and staying ahead of industry developments

• Demonstrating pride in your work and passion for fire protection

• Bringing a positive, team-focused attitude aligned with company values

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience within the Fire industry

• Good computer literacy

• Full NZ driver’s license

• Clear communication and a “can-do” attitude
