What you will do

The Engineering Services IT Operation Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of Engineering applications. This includes troubleshooting user issues and collaborating with various teams to implement solutions to address issues or minor enhancements.

How you will do it

• Provide technical support and resolve incidents related to Windchill PLM systems and other engineering CAD tools.

• Conduct root cause analysis on recurring issues and implement preventive measures.

• Assist in the deployment and maintenance of engineering software and tools.

• Work closely with engineering teams to understand their IT needs and facilitate effective solutions.

• Document processes, procedures, and configurations for future reference.

• Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices within the engineering IT landscape.

• Participate in IT projects and initiatives that enhance engineering capabilities.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in IT operations, preferably within an engineering environment.

• Strong knowledge of Windchill application and in PLM domain.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.

• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Certifications in relevant IT frameworks (e.g., ITIL) are a plus.

• Fluent English.
