What you will do

The Procure to Pay (PTP) department covers all activities related to 3rd party supplier invoices, concerning invoices from invoice receipt to payment. You will have overall responsibility for Accounts Payable support including account reconciliation, invoice compliance and reporting.

How will you do it

• Responsible for timely resolution of local business partner and vendor’s queries through an advanced platform

• Communication on daily basis in English and other European language

• Liaise with all departments to ensure the vendor and business questions are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner

• Providing excellent communication and feedback in a polite and professional manner

• Focus will be on a country specific market, depending also on the additional language you speak. However, support can be required for other European countries

The gross monthly salary for this position starts from 1350 EUR per month, plus a monthly bonus that starts after your first 6 months. Please note this is a minimum salary and our compensation packages are based on your professional experience and qualifications.
