• Plan, execute, manage and review all the productivity, quality and Continuous Improvement (CI) projects on manufacturing Key Performance Indexes (KPI).
• Lead project improvement team and ensure projects undertaken are completed within the specified budget and time period.
• Plan, execute, manage and review the plant and machinery projects including factory re-layout.
• Coordinate all activities efficiently within the respective department to ensure that the production schedules are adhered to without compromising the quality of products and delivery target.
• Schedule adherence on the individual line
• Oversee the overall plant engineering improvements to meet the company goal (capacity requirement) and quality objective.
• Implement JCMS.
• Ensure the efficiency of new facilities is at optimum before handing over to the production and maintenance.
• Uphold safety values, perform work activities in a safe manner and adhere to the responsibilities outlined in “Our Safety Commitment” statement,
• Ensure all employees under your direct management perform their safety obligations
• Ensure a proper environmental, health and safety (EHS) management system is in place to identify and define the processes and procedures required.
• Ensure all employees receive the proper EHS training and induction prior to commencing their duties, and
• Perform and commit to other duties and activities assigned by the superior

Requirement

• Minimum Education : Degree 2nd upper in Engineering discipline, and SPM with minimum 2 As in math or sciences subjects Minimum
• Age : NIL
• Language : Good written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Experience : Fresh graduate will be considered Knowledge : Basic air-conditioning knowledge. Production management skills. Basic understanding of ISO Quality System.
