what you will be do ?

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of mid-sized customer accounts within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Manager and Director-level decision-makers.
  • Understand customer business needs, challenges, and objectives to recommend tailored solutions.
  • Promote and sell a broad portfolio of products and technically complex solutions.
  • Drive revenue growth by maximizing product penetration across existing accounts and acquiring new customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, product, and support) to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing and manage margins with reasonable flexibility while ensuring profitability.
  • Provide ongoing account support, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within current accounts.
  • Track sales activities, pipeline, and performance against targets.

What we are looking for ?

  • Proven experience in B2B sales / account management, preferably handling mid-sized accounts
  • Experience in selling complex or multi-solution offerings
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with mid to senior-level stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
