What you will do:
Johnson Controls is seeking an experienced Service Engineer- HVAC to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-quality service, maintenance, and repair of HVAC and industrial refrigeration systems at various client facilities. You will serve as the primary contact for all technical service issues, ensuring client satisfaction through effective troubleshooting and resolution of complex systems.

How you will do it:

As a Service Engineer, you will work on servicing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of HVAC and refrigeration equipment. You will conduct proactive and reactive maintenance, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide technical expertise to clients. Your role will require effective communication with clients to inform them about service progress and recommendations for system improvements.

What we look for:

  • Proven experience as an HVAC Service Engineer, including knowledge of packaged air handling units and gas heaters.

  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components.

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

  • A full UK driving license and willingness to travel as needed.
