Key Responsibilities:
Manage and administer multiple Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) instances for different regions, ensuring seamless functionality, data flow, and integration with Salesforce and other systems. Set up and maintain user permissions, roles, and access rights to ensure proper segregation of duties and compliance across global teams.
Configure, monitor, and maintain Pardot workflows, email campaigns, lists, segmentation, and automation rules to support marketing initiatives. Manage and optimize lead scoring, grading, and nurturing programs to drive sales and marketing alignment.
Monitor the performance of Pardot instances and troubleshoot any issues related to data synchronization, automation, and campaign execution.
Oversee and ensure adherence to cookie compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) for all Pardot landing pages, forms, and tracking codes. Implement and configure consent management mechanisms, including cookie consent banners and opt-in/opt-out features on Pardot forms and landing pages.
Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure the platform meets data protection requirements for each region. Regularly audit landing pages, forms, and email campaigns to ensure ongoing compliance with privacy laws and best practices.
Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day support and troubleshooting, addressing issues raised by marketers, business stakeholders, or other teams. Resolve platform-related issues such as email delivery failures, form submissions, data synchronization errors, and automation rule problems.
Provide timely and effective solutions to ensure marketing campaigns run smoothly and marketing automation processes are uninterrupted. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues between Pardot and Salesforce, ensuring data consistency and synchronization between the two platforms.
Collaborate with marketers to optimize Pardot campaigns, leveraging advanced automation features such as dynamic content, A/B testing, and lead nurturing workflows. Ensure marketing assets (emails, landing pages, forms, etc.) are optimized for performance, deliverability, and engagement.
Analyze campaign data and performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) to provide actionable insights for improvement. Assist marketers in creating customized reports and dashboards to track campaign effectiveness, lead performance, and return on investment (ROI).
Train and mentor regional marketing teams and business stakeholders on Pardot best practices, features, and new updates. Create and maintain user guides, documentation, and knowledge base articles to assist internal users in troubleshooting common issues and using Pardot effectively. Conduct periodic training sessions for new users, ensuring they are equipped to utilize the platform for their regional marketing needs.
Stay up to date with Pardot releases and new features, evaluating their potential to improve marketing operations and automation. Plan and execute platform updates and new feature rollouts, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to ongoing campaigns.
Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, IT, and other marketing technology teams to ensure seamless integration and data flow between Pardot and other systems. Work closely with global marketing teams to understand their needs, gather requirements, and configure Pardot instances to meet regional marketing objectives. Provide technical expertise in the design and implementation of lead management processes, funnel optimization, and marketing automation workflows.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
+5 years of experience in Marketing Automation Tools and managing campaigns, workflows, nurturing funnels, lead scoring, landing pages, segmentation, and all related campaign-strategy tactical executions driven by an automation tool.
Familiarity with advanced marketing automation features such as dynamic content, lead nurturing workflows, A/B testing, and reporting.
Experience in creating and analyzing reports and dashboards in Pardot and Salesforce to track campaign performance and marketing metrics.
Basic knowledge of technical operations of Marketing Automation platforms integrations with Salesforce CRM
Experience in handling day-to-day administration tasks such as user management, troubleshooting, platform optimization, and supporting marketing teams.
Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capability to troubleshoot complex issues and find effective solutions.
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written in English), with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Customer-focused with a strong understanding of the end-user experience and the ability to drive marketing success through automation.
Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM, its integration with Pardot, and how to ensure seamless data flow between both systems.
Knowledge of global data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA) and expertise in implementing cookie consent mechanisms and data protection measures on marketing assets.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, especially for creating and customizing Pardot landing pages and forms.
Proven experience as a Pardot Administrator, preferably managing multiple instances for different regions or business units within a global organization.
Experience with cookie compliance implementations on landing pages and forms, including cookie consent banners and tracking configurations.
Experience or certification with/in Oracle Eloqua Marketing Automation
