We’re currently looking for a motivated Engineer for Product Management to join our team in Holme, Aarhus. In this role, you'll work closely with the Product Manager to support the growth, strategy, and life cycle of our Sabroe products that use natural refrigerants. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product management while working with a talented R&D engineering team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

What You Will Do:

• Assist the Product Manager in driving product priorities, programs, and new product launches for cooling and heating products, in alignment with product roadmaps
• Gather and analyze customer feedback, product data, statistics, and market trends
• Conduct competitor analysis to inform product strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, acting as a key interface between Sales and Engineering to ensure alignment on product offerings and customer needs.
• Actively participate in product team meetings and execute on assigned action items
• Develop and enhance marketing collateral and sales tools to empower the sales team

Who are you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering/Marine Engineer
• Technical understanding and interest within industrial refrigeration systems (reciprocating/screw compressors, natural refrigerants)
• Familiarity with thermodynamics and transcritical CO2 systems
• Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Willingness to travel domestically/internationally (less than 10% - 20% a year)

Preferred:  

• 1-2 years’ experience with complex engineered-to-order HVAC-R equipment (Heating Ventilating Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration)
• Internship or work experience with a similar company or experience with HVACR or Industrial/ natural refrigerants
• Proficient in English; Danish fluency is preferred
• Willingness to travel domestically/internationally (less than 10% - 20% a year)
