What will you do
Join JCI as a Senior Content Marketing Editor, where you will collaborate closely with the Content Marketing Lead to elevate our content strategy. You’ll create and distribute high-quality content that drives engagement and supports our business goals. How will you do it
Content Creation: Lead a dynamic team in crafting engaging content across diverse channels, including blogs, videos, and infographics.
Editorial Oversight: Review and refine content to ensure it meets quality standards and aligns with campaign objectives.
Performance Analysis: Use analytics tools to track content performance and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
Content Calendar Management: Organize and maintain a content calendar for consistent publishing across platforms.
Industry Trends: Stay updated on market trends and incorporate new insights into our content strategies.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with business goals and addresses customer needs.
What we look for
Required
Extensive content marketing or editorial management
Strong writing, editing, and project management skills.
Proficient in content management systems and analytics tools.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and familiarity with AI tools for content optimization.
Familiarity with AI tools and platforms for content creation and optimization
Passion for storytelling and creating content that resonates with the target audience
Ability to analyze content performance data and refine strategies based on insights
Preferred
Masterr’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
Experience in B2B environment
