What you will do:

You will lead the Global Talent Sourcing function in the Talent Acquisition COE, supporting global regions across all business functions. You will be accountable for designing and optimizing the sourcing models, staffing and developing the sourcing teams, and monitoring and ensuring the deliverable of the sourcing team by close partnership with the regional TA Directors and Managers.

How you will do it:

•    Develop, align and execute global talent sourcing strategies
•    Optimize sourcing models, ensure team capacity and capability are meeting the business needs.
•    Work with regional TA Directors and managers to align sourcing priorities and manage deliverables.
•    Set, align, manage and improve on global sourcing KPIs., Co-own key TA metrics with regional TA Directors. 
•    Develop a strong global sourcing team by recruiting the right team members, building capability, manage performance and establish the high-performance culture.
•    Establish effective performance dashboards to monitor and drive performance.
•    Continuously explore and implement new sourcing channels and tools to improve the overall sourcing & TA effectiveness
•    Build strong working relationship with HR Shared services to manage various TA tasks across the teams.
