We’re looking for an Operations Support Administrator to join our Onehunga team!

What You Will Do

  • Coordinate planned and unplanned technician scheduling and dispatch
  • Manage customer service requests from initiation through to completion
  • Support BWOF compliance requirements
  • Manage parts, billing tasks, and assist with collections

 

How You Will Do It

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, service delivery, and operational efficiency
  • Contribute to business performance by delivering accurate, timely, and insightful information

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Associate degree preferred and/or experience in service operations or service scheduling
