What you will do

As a member of our Purchasing team, you’ll play a vital role in supporting in-country procurement operations. You’ll be responsible for verifying purchase requisitions, creating and sending purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and resolving disputes directly with suppliers.

How you will do it

  • Process purchase requisitions and verify input data for accuracy.

  • Communicate with branches, sites, and suppliers regarding purchase requests and orders.

  • Act as a local point of contact for order-related disputes.

  • Ensure completion of standard reports and forms as required.

  • Research, collect, and analyze procurement-related data.

  • Collaborate efficiently within the team to meet deadlines.

  • Provide general administrative support while maintaining confidentiality.

  • Archive documents in compliance with company standards.

  • Communicate actively with customers in both Spanish and English, in written and spoken form.

What we look for

Required

  • University degree or equivalent relevant work experience.

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.

  • Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to gather, interpret, and summarize information effectively.

  • Adaptability in a dynamic environment with a focus on process improvement.

  • Customer service mindset with a process-oriented approach.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

If you are relocating to Bratislava to join Johnson Controls, you will be eligible to receive a housing allowance to help you setup your new life in Slovakia.

The gross monthly salary for this position starts from 1,500 EUR per month, plus a monthly bonus that starts after your first 6 months. Please note this is a minimum salary and our compensation packages are based on your professional experience and qualifications.
