What you will do

This position is responsible for data center (DC) business key account and program management of key DC customers/projection in APAC, collecting customer needs and planning for the next investment and early engaged JCI thermal solution into customer design. Deeply involved in DC industry to capture market and thermal solutions technologies trend, develop and promote JCI thermal management solutions in the market to drive the JCI reputation in the DC industry

How you will do

1. Key Account Customer Management

a. Work closely with sales team, regional/global accounts to identify the critical customer

b. Customer classification and management

c. Key customer needs and voice of customer collection and validation for product/solutions development needs

d. Opportunities & projection management

e. Develop the program for customer faced events with cross function team

2. Marketing

a. DC market dynamic trend, thermal solutions & technologies trend analysis

b. Sensible on market competitions and analysis

c. Collect industry events and promote solutions in the industry

d. Training for sales, customer to leverage JCI thermal solutions internally and externally

e. Smart marketing tools development and promotion

3. Solutions Development

a. Work closely with the product team to introduce the latest products into DC thermal solutions

b. Be innovative and smart to develop solutions and bring the experience for customer

c. Develop the smart tools for DC customer needs (TCO, ePUE, WUE,etc.)

e. Work with cross function team to develop BOD tools

What we look for

1. Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of DC thermal solutions experience in product, marketing, or sales is required.  

2. Must have demonstrable business management skills in a customer management environment and must be technically savvy, possessing strong knowledge of field and business practices. 

3 .Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Applications (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint) as well as Internet software and E-mail is required. 

4. Ability to envision and introduce creative tools for fast and effective interaction with the field combining high technical complexity and commercial interests in a seamless and user-friendly manner would be a significant plus. 

5. Fluent skill of English and presentation, great communication and ownership for result driven

6. Travel is required 30% to 50% of the time.
