What you will do

The Sales Executive – IR, Install will be directly reporting to Senior Sales Manager - IR. You will be based in Dubai and will be part of a team responsible for generating business through New Project Sales, and driving the growth of business for Install division segment for Building Technology and Solutions with particular focus on Industrial Refrigeration : Food & Beverage portfolio.

How you will do it

As an Experienced Sales Executive, you will have a good knowledge of Industrial Refrigeration systems, particularly Install segment. You will be part of a team to carry out site audits and suggest new ideas for site improvements to our existing customers or any new customer who has active installation base.

As a Sales Executive, you will develop a sales strategy to gain customer understanding of company product offerings qualify and prioritize opportunities and maintain appropriate territory records, develop financial justifications, prepare proposals, make presentations and perform necessary follow ups for successful closing of the sale. You will Interface effectively with JCI global factories for coordination required for proposal preparation and local operations teams to deliver and improve service delivery. As a Sales Executive, you will maintain established accounts through regular customer contact in pursuit of follow of sales. You will be Reporting progress and updating sales tools for opportunity creation and projection of forecasts with accuracy of above 95%.

You are focused to seek and develop long term customer relationships, and self-motivated to drive growth in your assigned territory in MEA region.

What we look for

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or similar field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ Install business experience specifically in Industrial Refrigeration field in GCC region with exposure to Food & Beverage sector.
  • Determined, results driven, strong sales drive.
  • Lead Yourself: Be self-motivated, willing to act while coping with varied workloads and be assertive and organized while demonstrating flexibility in day-to-day work
  • Fluent language skills in English, Working knowledge of Arabic will be an advantage
  • UAE Driving license
  • Well versed in MS Office products, CRMs and database management
  • Solution driven
