What will you do?

Manage the manufacturing operations for a medium-sized organization plant. Plan, organize, and direct the manufacturing operation to ensure the most effective return on assets and achievement of production schedules and overall business objectives. Directly manage production and plant support personnel.

How will you do it?

• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize production processes and enhance productivity.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency and make data-driven decisions.

• Lead and mentor plant personnel, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout the manufacturing process.

• Collaborate with other departments, including engineering, supply chain, and quality assurance, to align operational goals with overall business objectives.

• Manage budgets and resources effectively to control costs and maximize profitability.

• Prepare and present reports on plant performance, production metrics, and strategic initiatives to senior management.
