Acts as an consultant to deliver strategic client solutions that extends the usage of JCI's products through the clients organization. Stays abreast on latest industry trends and leverages knowledge of industry to assist clients. Conducts analyses, develops recommendations, presents analyses and recommendations to clients and coach them through the pre and post-sale processes. May work with sales team to act as product expert during the pre-sales process. May act as the voice of customer to help prioritize new product development opportunities.  University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.  6 Years suggested minimum experience.

How you will do it?

  • Conduct through analyses to identify client needs and develop tailored solutions that align with Johnson Controls' offerings.
  • Present findings and recommendations to clients, helping them understand the value and application of Johnson Controls' products.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to clients throughout the pre and post-sale processes to ensure successful implementation and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide expertise on product features and benefits during the pre-sales phase.
  • Gather feedback from clients to communicate their needs and preferences back to the product development teams.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide the best strategic advice to clients.

What we look for:

Required

  • University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in a consulting or managerial role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
